As a business we are fully conversant with our customer’s stringent quality requirements conducting full NPI reviews on all incoming orders.
We are fully conversant in the PPAP process offering Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans, PSW and ISIR’s if required.
Our quality department has CMM capability to measure parts to 3D CAD data using QCT Inspecta 3200 Measuring Arms with the latest 3 Software.
To support these processes, we run a Solid Works Professional design package.
The business also has a team of Process Evaluation Engineers who continually monitor efficient working methods and available technologies ensuring TBI is able to offer the most effective and cost advantageous processes.
