NEW AMOB CNC MACHINE

With the assistance of the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership, TBI have purchased a new AMOB CNC machine.

TBI announce an increase in manufacturing facility giving an additional 20,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space.

NEW CNC BENDING MACHINE

TBI are pleased to announce that with the assistance of the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership the purchase of a  fully electrical Left and Right CNC Bending Machine.

SOLAR ENERGY

Installation of solar panels to help reduce TBIs carbon footprint.

POWDER COAT PLANT

TBI install a fully automated pre-treatment and powder coating plant at their Finchley Avenue factory.

An additional Bystronic 4.0kw 4020 laser cutting machine is installed to increase production.

Re-location of machining facility [formally AJC] to dedicated 20,000 sq. ft. premises in Hampstead Avenue, Mildenhall.

ACQUISITION

TBI completes an acquisition of A.J. Clarke Precision Engineers to further expand the business.

NAME CHANGE

The company changes name from Tube Bending International to TBI Manufacturing Ltd to better reflect the scope of services offered.

NEW MACHINERY & NEW PREMISES

A second 3kw laser cutting machine is installed. In addition the factory is re-located to the current 30,000 sq. ft. premises at Mildenhall.

A Bystronic 2.8kw Laser Cutting Machine is installed to help increase production.

The factory is extended, doubling the available manufacturing area.
