With the capability to mandrel bend up to 100mm diameter and CNC roll up to 75mm diameter, TBI are capable of simple single bend forms through to complex multi-bend shapes on differing radii. Typical customers include the yellow construction industry, automotive, agricultural and furniture applications. Complex pieces can be programmed using the integrated computer system making it ideal for the manufacture of seating and other furniture as well as guarding, automotive and yellow construction industry goods.

Bending Process

We have tube bending capability up to 100mm diameter both mandrel bending and CNC rolling.

Our machines are both manual CNC programmable which enables us to select the correct machine for the application therefore achieving cost optimisation.

The portfolio of bending tooling is vast – and specific requirements can be manufactured in house if required.

TBI are pleased to announce that we have recently purchased a Left and Right Hand full electric CNC tube bending machine.

This will not only complement our existing range of tube manipulation machinery it will increase our capacity in the volume tube bending market.

Complete with a carriage tube positioning device and a quick tooling change system this left- and right-hand machine is designed to form fixed and variable radii in tube and profiles such as round, square, rectangular and many other sections.
